Dividend Policy

TSC is in the stage of corporate growth. In order to consider the company's future capital needs and operational development, the distribution of dividends to shareholders shall be prepared by the board of directors and be processed after the resolution of the shareholders meeting. If the surplus is distributed by a resolution, the proportion of the surplus distributed shall be based on the principle that no less than 10% of the surplus available for distribution in the current year shall be the principle, and the dividend shall be distributed in cash or stock; the cash dividend shall not be less than 10% of the total stock dividend, but if the cash dividend per share is less than $0.2, it will not be distributed but will be distributed as stock dividends.
