Declaration of Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation

TSC is committed to complying with applicable packaging regulations and reducing the use of hazardous substances within our packaging materials.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2025/40, TSC monitors and controls restricted substances throughout its packaging value chain. Packaging materials used for applicable TSC products comply with the specified concentration limits for lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium, with the combined concentration of these substances not exceeding 100 ppm by weight. TSC also declares that no intentionally added PFAS are used in its packaging materials.
