TSC Trade Up Programme Terms and Conditions

2025/26 Official Terms and Conditions

SECTION 1 – PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

 

Promotion Period:

TSC Auto ID (TSC) Trade-Up Programme is for qualifying TSC and Printronix Auto ID new printer purchases between November 18th, 2025 and December 31st, 2026.

 

Qualifying Products:

  • TSC Trade-Up Programme applies to new qualified printer purchases and must be purchased through an authorised TSC Partner (reseller).
  • Purchases of refurbished, open box, demo units, or used printers are not eligible for trade-up.

 

Trade-Up Printer:

  • Trade-up printer must be from the same printer class (i.e., similar printer specifications) as the printer purchased.
  • TSC Auto ID, Printronix Auto ID, or competitor printer must power up and include the printhead.

 

Offer Restrictions:

  • Rebate checks are for End-User purchases only. TSC Partners (Resellers) are not eligible to receive rebates.
  • Each end user shall be entitled to request a maximum of five (5) units of each eligible printer model.
  • Rebate payment is based on the number of qualifying printers purchased and number of qualifying printers returned. 
  • Trade-Up Application must be completed within 90 days of TSC Partner (Reseller) invoice date.
  • TSC Trade-Up programme may not be combined with any other offers, special pricing or promotion incentives provided by TSC to the TSC Partner.
  • It is the responsibility of the end user to verify the purchased products will qualify for the trade in program with the TSC Partner.
  • Applicable tax, if any, is the sole responsibility of the end-user customer.

Rebate Process:

  • End user must submit a completed Trade-Up Application found here.
  • For rebate questions or help estimating your rebate amount, please contact marketing@tscprinters.eu


Rebate Delivery:

  • Purchase a qualifying TSC or Printronix industrial printer from an authorised distributor or reseller.
  • Complete the online Trade-Up Submission Form and upload all required documents (invoice and rating label).
  • Your distributor/reseller will review and process the claim.
  • Once validated by TSC, a credit note is issued to the distributor or an invoice directly to the reseller.

Audit and Validation:

All transactions are subject to validation, and TSC reserves the right to audit and disqualify any transactions it deems invalid.

 

Program Modifications:

TSC reserves the right to change, cancel, modify, or end the TSC Trade-Up Programme at any time.

 

Country Eligibility:

  • All promotional activities and currency usage are subject to prior confirmation by TSC Auto ID Technology EMEA GmbH that the customer’s country is eligible to participate.
  • TSC reserves the right to decline or restrict participation in markets not approved under these Terms & Conditions.
