TSC Auto ID Extended Warranty Programme

The Extended Warranty Programme extends the standard warranty of our printers for a fixed cost. This programme helps protect your investment and ensures your printer remains in top-performing condition. The standard factory warranty is 2 years for mobile, industrial, or print engine printers, and 3 years for desktop printers. TSC Auto ID offers additional extended coverage of up to 5 years, or you can opt to extend coverage annually with an additional 1-year extension, as long as the printer remains supported and serviced. The Extended Warranty Programme offer two service options to cover the spare parts for your barcode printers in the unfortunate event of equipment breakdown: Priority and Comprehensive Warranty Coverage;

Priority Warranty Coverage

• Repair of malfunctioning of electrical parts
• All genuine parts and labour^{1, 2} (excluding TPH, accessories, batteries and damage caused by the user)

Comprehensive Warranty Coverage

• All of the items above, as well as the platen roller and print head
