The traded-in printer can be any brand, provided it is a comparable industrial model.

Trade-Up Value and Conditions
The trade-up value varies depending on the printer series, the model being replaced, and the overall type of upgrade. Higher-value credits may apply when replacing high-volume or competitor models that have reached end-of-service. All credits are issued through authorised TSC and Printronix Auto ID distributors and are applied directly to the purchase of a new qualifying printer. The value is reflected as a discount on the distributor’s invoice, not as a separate rebate payment.
The programme operates under standard pricing only and cannot be combined with other TSC or Printronix promotions, project-based discounts, or special quotations. Each trade-up claim is validated against the programme terms and must be submitted within 45 days of the new printer’s delivery.
Trade-ups are accepted on a one-for-one basis, one old printer traded in for each new printer purchased. The traded-in printer can be from any brand, provided it is a comparable industrial model in the same class or category.
TSC reserves the right to verify traded-in units, request the return of the printer or its key components, or request a scrapping certificate if physical return is not required.
